Familial dysautonomia
The Familial dysautonomia(also Riley-Day syndrome) is a relatively rare, severe, genetic neuropathy of the autonomic nervous system.
Therapy is also possible for the genetic disposition itself. Tocotrienols and EGCG (green tea extract) have made a name for themselves in treating the effects. Both are potent lowerers of the transcription factor NF-kappa-B.
